This is the main business organizer that is used to report all business activity for the year. For non-accounting software users (ex. QuickBooks), 90%+ of you will need this organizer. It includes space for business use of vehicles and home in addition to reporting all income and expenses for the year.

This organizer is for clients that use QuickBooks or another service to track their income and expenses. This organizer allows you to provide information about vehicles used for business or home office deductions that are not included on the QuickBooks reports.

This organizer is used to list assets costing more than $2,500. This must be filled out for any assets purchased or sold during the year. This would be used in addition to the organizer on the far left.

Instructions 

The best way to send us this information is through our new client portal. Please go there and follow the instructions there first so you can see what we need on this organizer.

If you do not have a software like QuickBooks we ask that you please use the organizer above to organize your business information. Using the provided organizer helps us to make sure we understand what you are providing us.

If you do have a software like QuickBooks, please submit to us through our client portal the following statements in Excel format. You should have received an organizer for your business and you will upload these documents in that organizer. Having them in Excel helps us out tremendously if you are able to do that.

  • Trial Balance (dated 1/1/20xx – 12/31/20xx)
  • Profit & Loss (dated 1/1/20xx – 12/31/20xx)
  • Balance Sheet with previous year comparison (ending 12/31/20xx)
  • General Ledger (dated 1/1/20xx – 12/31/20xx)
