Clark Fox, Managing Partner Clark has been a practicing tax accountant and small business advisor in Arizona for over 25 years. He began his career serving as a controller or Chief Financial Officer for several private companies, and has been in private practice since 1993. Because of his experiences serving as a vice president of finance, he has a unique perspective on how businesses are run from the inside. Clark is also knowledgeable in and advises his clients regarding asset protection and trusts. He is a true advocate for anyone wanting to spread their entrepreneurial wings and start and/or grow a business. Mr. Fox has also served on the Board of Directors of the Mesa Senior Center for 6 years. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Arizona State University and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1990. He worked at an accounting firm for a few years and then decided to expand into private industry. He was a Chief Financial Officer for several start-up companies, including a manufacturing and an international toy company. He partnered with Clark Fox to form Fox Peterson, LLC in 2002. Amy Kettelhut, Staff Accountant Amy has been accounting and bookkeeping for more than 8 years. She specializes in Sales Tax and Payroll. He earned his Bachelors degree in Communications and is currently completing his Masters of Science in Accounting from Grand Canyon University.
